What are the most upscale neighborhoods in Manhattan?
The most pricy areas are Sutton Place on 57th and the East River, Fifth Ave along the park, Ditto Central Park West and South. Park Ave between the Waldorf and about 90th Street. In addition, there are super expensive Brownstones in the Midtown east area. I am talking double difgit millions.
