I've had a large red armpit rash under only one arm for over 2 wks. I've changed soap an deodorant twice. help?

It's only been under one arm, I've stopped using soap and deodorant for a few days as well but it didn't make any difference. I work in sleeveless shirts so I know it stays dry. I don't know what to try next.
