My parents are going with me!!!?

Oh my god haha, that sucks! It sounds like you are very respectful of your parents and their feelings, but you're at a time in your life where you really have to make the decisions yourself. You really have to tell them you are just not going to live with them, period. There's no chance. You're going to get a dorm, or an apartment, and go to the school that you want to go to (and can afford of course). If becoming independent is really important to you, as it should be, it's time to let your parents know you are not a child anymore. I would never consider living with my parents during college, especially if they were to do something as drastic as sell their house!
