Can you get the baby blues even?

though your child is 6 months old. I feel a little teary today i dont know why. Every thing in my life is great i have a very loving husband and my son is a great baby, he sleeps through the night doesnt really cry unless there is a reason. I just feel a little depressed whats going on with me
