Can the Knicks even be considered a pretty good team? 35-36 record and giving up 105 ppg with Carmelo.?

I think the Knicks are a pretty good team, but this is sad considering they were a GOOD team before Carmelo. He is a great scorer, no doubt, but his defense is terrible and defense is what wins games. With Felton, Chandler, and Gallinari, the Knicks were a lot better.
