20th Birthday Dinner in Orange County, CA?

Where should I celebrate my 20th birthday dinner with a few of my close friends? I live in Irvine, California and am a college student at UCI so I would like the restaurant to be somewhat affordable but still a memorable experience. Thanks for your contributions!
