Would I get Hepatitis B from this?

Yes, you could, along with a plethora of other nasty things. But, since it was two years ago, you're probably out of the woods. As far as Hep B, you'd have to have a blood test to determine if you are infected. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER have any procedure done unless the person doing it is licensed, certified, insured, etc.
