Will my cat be ok??!!! Need answers asap!!!!!!!!!!!?

I came home to find that my sister said that she pulled a tick from out of either my cats rectum or . Shes not sure. But when she pulled it out, it exploded with blood. Im sure its a tick bc i saw its legs when i looked at it. Im not sure what to do. We thought she was in heat before hand bc she was meowing alot, looked like she was discharging from her , and she kept putting her up. Im not sure now if she was doing all those things bc she was trying to get the tick out of her. Will she be ok? What should i do?
