Which of these computers is better?

The Dell is better. Better proc, actually has a "real" video card vs. integrated, better drive (and larger). All around, it is better. For gaming, a "real" video card is going to be high on your list along with Ram. The proc isn't quite as important but still will make a difference in regards to AI performance and helping with smoother graphics.
