Potty training going ok, but need one extra little push?

My girl just turned three two weeks ago. My husband and I tried unsuccesfully for a year and a half to get her to start peeing on the potty and it didn't work. For her birthday we got the idea to buy an Elmo potty DVD and book. Now she uses the potty, but only after watching the video...any idea on how to get her to do it at other times too? I think we are almost there and want to help this along.....Thank you to all for your help!!!!
