My boyfriend is kind of a "baby" sometimes.. What can I say without hurting his feelings?

Sometimes my boyfriend can be really over-dramatic about pain. Whenever his back/knee/anything hurts, he just really drags it on and complains a lot. Even tiny little things like his lip hurting or having a cold. It is really annoying! He just whines and whines and pouts about tiny, little things! How can I say something to him about it without hurting his feelings?
