Is there going to be another WWE Draft Lottery this year when & predictions?

lets hope there is and this time i hope is actually doesn something good. smackdown needs guys like hbk and hhh on it. i hate that they never end up on those show because they are "too good for smackdown". right now, no one is too good, smackdown needs all the help it can get as it may lose its tv spot.
