Is maybelline unstoppable eyeliner good?

i used to use the mary kay eyeliner since my mom sells it but i told her i dont like it so when we were at cvs the other day i got maybelline unstoppable eyeliner in onyx. i just want to know if its any good, or if its better than mary kay eyeliner. and if its not, whats a better brand i can buy at a drug store that wont smear?
