I really really like a boy but i cant tell if he likes me.?

Theres this boy with gordgeous blue eyes and a amazing smile, hes very cute but he is a "BAD boy" or used to be, and im a innocent girl, I really feel something when im around him, he seems shy towards everyone else but he always asks me how I am, If i say ok, he asks why im just ok and is always curious about how I am feeling, Hes very sweet to me, He always says Hi to me and smiles to me in cles. I finnaly gave him my cell number he said texting me was intresting,I told him a secret that was sad and he said " i wish i could talk to you, be we are far apart" I feel erflys in my stomach whenever he walks up to me. This other boy keeps flirting with me and walks uo to me to hug me each day when the boy i like sees this he turns his head with a deppressed look. I just wish i could know how he feels. (P.S he said he liked other girls??? is that just make me jealous??) i cant sleep at nights because i keep thinking about him, is it bad for a good girl to want to be with a bad boy?
