Has anyone else seen the TV commercials that claim China is helping USA economy?

They've helped and they've hurt. They have harmed our job and manufacturing economy. But they have prevented the collapse of our financial system and the bankruptcy of the U.S. government by purchasing our debt and propping up the dollar.
